Mould Services
Hazard Control can provide post remediation of mould detected on premises. A PRV is required to ensure it has been removed properly.
Testing Services
At Hazard Control, we have the ability to sample potentially hazardous materials such as lead paint, asbestos and other dangerous fibres from your property and arrange testing through our laboratory partners. We can safely test for:
- Asbestos
- Synthetic Mineral Fibre (SMF)
- Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB)
- Lead containing paints
- Lead containing dust
- Ozone Depleting Substances
We then provide you with a full report of the results including recommendations for removal or how to proceed.
Auditing
