About Mould Inspections

Mould isn’t something you can ignore and hope for the best. If left unchecked, a mould infestation can cause severe health problems for you and your staff.
Benefits of Mould Inspections & Mould Testing
There are numerous benefits to arranging for mould inspections or testing from a company like Hazard Control, and it goes beyond your health. Just some of the reasons you may wish to engage mould testing services include:
Circumvent Property Damage
A bad mould infestation has the potential to cause extreme property damage. Over time, this may affect the structural integrity of your building and the equipment you have on site. In turn, this could affect your financial returns and output if you don’t deal with it quickly.
Arranging for mould testing services such as those we offer can detect potential issues early and may even prevent them.
Compliance
While there are no regulations or legislation surrounding mould in commercial, industrial or even residential properties, there’s no denying that if you allow a mould infestation to grow, it can severely damage your health.
Services such as mould testing completed by licensed assessors may help you maintain the health and safety of your employees and ensure your business is operating in accordance with the highest standards.
